Three new high-tech zones will be developed from local budgets and
private capital by 2030, according to a master plan approved by the
Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung.
The Software Technology Centre under the FPT Corporation will invest
VND400 billion (US$19.04 million) to build an information technology
(IT) centre in HCM City for education and research.
